The New ‘10 Commandments of Communication Skills with People with Disabilities’ Series
While everyone is born different, how can we communicate with one another, including people with different abilities, with respect? Communication can open doors to cultivate understanding and respect. However, improper words or ways of communication can also create barriers or stereotypes that make people with disabilities feel excluded or offended. ADAHK has launched a new series that uses funny office sketches to share tips on communicating with people with disabilities. This series is a tool to promote social inclusion and to spread the belief that ‘Arts are for Everyone.’
